Associate Loan Sales Administrator

National Loan Exchange, Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Associate Loan Sales Administrator
Location: Edwardsville, IL
Job Summary: Full time Associate Contract Administrator position with business-to-business receivables advisory firm. Seeking a contracts and project management specialist to support all client related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with legal, sales and operational personnel to support end to end contract and project life-cycles
  • Manage and support sales document creation, approval and reviewing processes
  • Create and modify document files
  • Communicate and assist clients to ensure smooth closing processes
  • Schedule and manage meetings and negotiations between contract parties and NLEX personnel
  • Advise next level management on status of NLEX client transactions, including problems and proposed solutions
  • Audit and/or review a complex array of agreements and documents
  • Maintain company client contract and deal sheet trackers
  • Communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization
  • Identify nonconforming and/or non-standard client/party requests and problems with some assistance from others
  • Take initiative, self-learn, and obtain training when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client requests at once with shifting priorities
  • Ability to identify and improve processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others
  • Strong customer service skills
  • 3+ years working in document and/or project management or other professional environment requiring the above qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in lending, finance or ARM/recovery industry a plus
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications and Adobe editing applications
